Our Mission

Our mission is to provide guidance, a sense of community, and financial assistance to teens and young adults who are facing life challenges, are in crisis or are aging out of the foster care system. We will empower individuals to achieve their goals as they grow and discover their purpose during this critical time in their lives.

1 in 3 people who aged out of foster care experience homelessness or “couch surfing” by the time they are 26.

Compared to others in their age group, people who aged out of foster care are:

  • 3 times less likely to graduate from high school (or have a GED).

  • 6 times less likely to have a post-secondary degree.

  • 9 times less likely to attend a 4-year university.

Young adults who aged out of foster care are 3 times more likely to have ever been arrested, and 4 times more likely to experience incarceration.

Through mentoring and financial assistance, we hope to help bridge these gaps.
